PRIVACY POLICY
Guardian Ledger Ai
1. INTRODUCTION
Guardian Ledger Ai LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the
privacy and security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy describes how we
collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application and related
services (collectively, the "Service").
Guardian Ledger Ai is a personal organization and documentation tool designed to help
individuals navigating divorce or separation. For complete information about the Service,
including important limitations, disclaimers, and liability provisions, please refer to our User
Agreement.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as
described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not
use the Service.
2. GEOGRAPHIC SCOPE
The Service is intended for use only by residents of the United States. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from individuals outside the United States. If you are located
outside the United States, please do not use the Service or provide any personal information
to us.
All data is processed and stored in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the
transfer, processing, and storage of your information in the United States, which may have
different data protection laws than your country of residence.
3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
3.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you use Guardian Ledger Ai, you may provide us with the following types of
information:
(a) Account Information. Your name, email address, and password when you create
an account.
(b) User-Generated Content. Documents you upload (such as divorce agreements,
court orders, custody arrangements, and other legal documents), communications you
log, events and incidents you record, and any other content you input into the Service.
(c) Payment Information. When you subscribe to our paid services, payment
transactions are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) through
RevenueCat and Stripe. We do not directly collect or store your credit card numbers
or bank account information.
(d) Communications. Information you provide when you contact us for support or
feedback.
3.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we may automatically collect certain information, including:
(a) Device Information. Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers,
and mobile network information.
(b) Usage Data. Information about how you interact with the Service, including
features used, timestamps, and session duration.
(c) Analytics Data. We use Google Analytics (web) and RevenueCat (subscription
analytics) to understand how users interact with the Service.
3.3 Information Processed by Artificial Intelligence
Certain features of the Service utilize artificial intelligence ("AI") to analyze your uploaded
content. The AI operates solely on the content you upload and does not access external
databases or information beyond what you provide. Your content may be processed by third-
party AI service providers as described in Section 6. For important limitations regarding AI-
generated outputs, please refer to our User Agreement.
3.4 Aggregate and Anonymized Data
We may collect and use aggregate and anonymized data derived from your use of the Service.
Aggregate Data may be used for analyzing usage trends, improving the Service, and
developing new features. Guardian Ledger Ai owns all rights to Aggregate Data, and
such data is not considered personal information.
3.5 Information About Minor Children
Users may upload documents containing information about minor children in the context of
custody and child support matters. Such information is treated with the same security and
privacy protections as all other user-generated content and is used solely to provide the
Service.
3.6 Mobile Application Permissions
The app may request certain permissions on your device, including access to your camera
(for uploading photos), storage (for saving documents), and notifications. You may allow or
deny these permissions; however, denying certain permissions may limit your ability to use
some features.
4. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
(a) To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
(b) To process your subscription and manage your account;
(c) To generate AI-powered analysis, summaries, and organizational tools based on
your uploaded content;
(d) To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
(e) To send you transactional communications related to your account and
subscription;
(f) To send you promotional or marketing communications (you may opt out at any
time by clicking "unsubscribe" in any marketing email);
(g) To send push notifications regarding document deadlines and other Service-related
alerts (you may disable notifications in your device settings);
(h) To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, or technical problems; and
(i) To comply with legal obligations.
5. YOUR DATA IS PRIVATE
Guardian Ledger Ai is designed as a unilateral and private tool for your personal use:
(a) Your data is for your eyes only. We do not share your uploaded documents,
logged communications, AI-generated outputs, or personal information with any
opposing party, spouse, ex-spouse, their attorneys, courts, mediators, or any other
third party unless required by law or valid legal process.
(b) No access by opposing parties. Unlike some co-parenting communication
platforms, Guardian Ledger Ai is not a shared platform. The person you are divorcing
or separating from does not have access to your account or any information you store
in the Service.
(c) Sharing is a deliberate user action. If you choose to share information from the
Service (for example, by downloading a PDF to provide to your attorney), that
decision is yours alone. We do not automatically share any information with anyone.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate the Service. These providers
have access to your information only to perform specific tasks on our behalf:
(a) Base44. Backend infrastructure and application platform services.
(b) Amazon Web Services (AWS). Cloud storage and computing services.
(c) Supabase. Database services.
(d) Median.co. Mobile application wrapper and deployment services.
(e) RevenueCat. Subscription management and analytics services.
(f) Stripe. Payment processing services.
(g) Google Analytics. Web analytics services.
(h) OpenAI. AI processing services for text summarization and analysis. We use
private, closed API systems for all AI processing. Your content is processed
ephemerally and is not retained by OpenAI, is not used to train AI models, and is not
added to any public database.
We require all third-party service providers to maintain appropriate security measures and to
use your information only for the purposes for which it was disclosed.
7. DATA SECURITY
We implement industry-standard measures to protect your information:
(a) Data in Transit. All data transmitted between your device and our servers is
encrypted using SSL/TLS encryption.
(b) Data at Rest. All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption via our
cloud infrastructure providers.
(c) Access Controls. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel who
require access to perform their job functions.
While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the Internet or
electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. You
acknowledge that complex software systems are never entirely free from security
vulnerabilities.
7.1 Company Backup Practices
We perform routine backups of Service data as part of our operational practices. However,
we do not guarantee the availability, integrity, or recoverability of any specific user data from
these backups.
7.2 Your Data Export and Backup Responsibilities
We strongly recommend that you regularly export your data using the export features
provided by the Service and maintain your own backup copies of all important documents
and information. We recommend exporting your data at least monthly and before any
significant events in your legal proceedings. For information regarding liability for data loss,
please refer to the User Agreement.
7.3 Your Account Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You

(a) For inspection by law enforcement officials in the case of potential criminal
activity;
(b) To respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process;
(c) To enforce this Privacy Policy or our User Agreement; and
(d) To protect our rights, property, or safety, or the rights, property, or safety of our
users or others.
If we receive a valid subpoena or court order requiring disclosure of your information, we
will comply with such legal process. Where permitted by law, we will make reasonable
efforts to notify you of such request before disclosure.
Preservation of Records. We may decline requests to delete specific records if we believe
such records may be relevant to ongoing or anticipated legal proceedings, and we may retain
records as required by law even after account deletion.
10. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION
10.1 Active Accounts
We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide you
with the Service.
10.2 Subscription Lapse

all other user-generated content.
13. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
